PRATVILLE, ALABAMA | B.J. Pitzen caddied for Perrine Delacour in the final U.S. event for the 2014 season on the LPGA Tour September 18-21 at the Robert Trent Jones Trail Capitol Hill (Senator Course).
Delacour, who hails from France, competed for the first time on the LPGA Tour since June after being side-lined with a shoulder injury for the bulk of the '14 summer season.
After teeing off at 7:52 a.m., Delacour began the event with a 4-under-par 68 during Thursday's round while carding five birdies and a three-putt bogey. Delacour's first round performance put her into a tie for 12th place out of 115 competitors with Pitzen helping her. Delacour tees off at 12:22 p.m. (CDT) on Friday's round again with monday qualifier Carmen Bandea and tour veteran Moira Dunn. Delacour's second round 72 put her into a tie for 17th place and helped her make the 36-hole cut, which was +2. After a 3-under-par 69 during the third round, Delacour sat in a tie for 7th place at 7-under 209. Delacour finished off the tournament with an even-par 72 to finish in a tie for 19th place with a 281. With Pitzen on the bag, Delacour earned $13,729 to finish off her 2014 season on the LPGA Tour.
