VENICE | Jiayi Zhou shot even-par 72 in the opening round of LPGA Tour Q-School's Second Stage Thursday to sit in a tie for twelfth place with B.J. Pitzen as her caddie. After round one, 112 players were at 4-over par or better while Yu Liu fired a 4-under par 68 to take the early lead. The top 80 and ties will advance to the third stage in Daytona Beach at LPGA International. DAYTONA BEACH, FL | Yu Liu's consistent play and 2-under par 70 put her into a tie for twelfth place after round one of the Symetra Tour Championship on the Jones Course at LPGA International.
